ULU Beton began operations in 1995 under the ULUCANLAR Group. Since being founded, priority is always given to quality production and professional service by working with specialists to be innovative leaders in this field.
ULU Beton’s ready mixed concrete is an important construction material, produced by mixing cement, sand, aggregate, crushed stone, water and chemical agents, strictly following a prescribed formula. This process is controlled by a computerized automated system. The material is liquid at first and then in time hardens into concrete.
In our facilities, calibration adjustment is done every 15 days. Our products are monitored continiously by our Quality Control Team, from the procurement of raw materials, through all of the computerized production process, and, in our laboratuary, where accurate measurement and test machines are used. Quality control continues through product delivery and construction use.
Ulu Beton provides service through its ready concrete centres in Küçükçekmece
(120m³/hour) and Esenyurt (120m³/hour). In our centres there are 8 ready-mixed concrete pumps, 40 ready concrete transmixers, 2 loader scoops, 6 cement silobus and
2 quality control vechiles.
In our facilities production complies with ISO 9001 and TS EN 206-1 standards and Quality Safety System documents are given by Ready Concrete Union (T.H.B.B.).
